Fish report: Salmon and trout biting in Great Lakes

LANSING -- Anglers are still catching trout and salmon in the Great Lakes as well as walleye, bass, pike and panfish in the rivers and inland lakes, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment said in its weekly fishing report.

Anglers are still catching trout and salmon in the Great Lakes as well as walleye, bass, pike and panfish in the rivers and inland lakes. Southeastern Lower Lake Erie: Poor for walleye. Good for perch, especially from the E buoy near Bolles Harbor and the area around Turtle Island.
