Local ice fishing is all but over. Ice-out conditions on the lakes. Fly anglers are working midges on Tulpehocken Creek. The Poconos and New York have safe ice. There is slush ice on the Salmon River. Along the Atlantic coast, party boats are taking cod, ling and pollack.
